This Mixed Citrus Margarita is the perfect drink for spring or summer (or any time of year really). The complex flavours from the fruit make this margarita akin to something you'd order on the beach in Mexico.
First, prepare your glasses for your margaritas. In a shallow dish or plate add sea salt. Rub the lime wedges on the edges of the margarita glasses, then dip edges in the Himalayan salt to coat the rim.
Add fresh citrus juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave to a shaker bottle over one handful of ice.
Shake for approximately 10 seconds.
Divide evenly between the rimmed glasses filled with ice.
Serve immediately with a slice of lime.
*I used blood oranges, grapefruits, and limes. The blood orange will create a pinker colour as opposed to orange.
