Strawberry Breakfast Popsicles - such a healthy fun way to eat breakfast that the kids will LOVE!

If you want to feel like an ABSOLUTE rockstar mom and have the kids feel like complete rebels, make these Strawberry Granola Popsicles.  I promise these will be their favourite way to start a day, and you’ll be happy knowing they are super healthy!

We love smoothies in our home, but sometimes you just need to switch it up.  With the warmer temperature setting in (yay!) and mornings being as busy as ever, I love having these Breakfast Popsicles on hand for a quick but healthy breakfast or snack for the kids that they absolutely love!

We make our own granola and always have a jar of it kicking around… it’s so easy (here’s my all time favourite recipe for my Top Secret Granola, but this coconut one is also absolutely amazing – just leave out the freeze dried strawberries).

The best thing about this recipe is that it is super flexible. You can make them vegan with a vegan yogurt, add whatever granola you want, and even mix it up with fruit!  We often do this with leftover smoothies to help reduce waste.

If you’re looking for my popsicle mould here it is – I can’t believe how much we use it in the summer months. It’s so old-fashioned looking, I LOVE it!

I hope your kids love this as much as ours do!  Truth be told I love them just as much as they do!  And hey, why not?
