My Best-Ever Apple Recipes!

Apple Recipe Roundup

Ok, I have to level with you; I’m totally OBSESSED with apples!  Growing up in Kelowna where we grow the world’d best apples (very biased over here), eating fresh local apples straight off the tree in the fall was one of my fondest childhood memories.  I’m rounding up all of my favourite apple recipes below to inspire you to roll up your sleeves in the kitchen this weekend!

The Okanagan is such an inspiring place to live for a foodie.  The vineyards have turned the most beautiful golden colour and the trees are heavy with crisp ripe apples at this time of year.  As always, we try and use what’s in season and local wherever we can.  Not only is it better on the environment, it also supports our local economy AND I know exactly where our food is coming from.
