With bikini weather right around the corner, let’s face it, we’re all looking for some healthier upgrades to our typical splurges! I had a burst of creative energy this weekend, and when a craving for ice cream appeared I figured I would pull together something that was better for us all (don’t get me wrong, I fully support eating the occasional ice cream). I was shocked at how easy this frozen yogurt was to make and how much we all LOVED it! I can’t wait to make these with strawberries that are fresh from the garden…yum.
- 4 cups frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Eat immediately if you like it soft, otherwise place in another container and freeze for 30-45 minutes to allow it to set up and serve.
